- Док, у меня больная с кровоточивым геморроем...
- Коллега, я не принимаю по ночам... Если вы считаете, что больная может умереть, направьте ее в провинциальный госпиталь... Если вы счиатаете , что она доживёт до утра, то скажите ей и родственникам, что я могу её посмотреть только в 8.00 утра...
... Дожила, конечно... 38 лет... Параплегия с июня 2014 "после гриппа" - эту основную вещь ни одна бллллл мне сказала вчера ночью...
Очень хорошо известна неврологу и интернисту как ВИЧ+ с Guillain-Barr? syndrome...
Я такой ужас впервые вижу..Возникает вопрос: если её делать колоноскопию, как обезболивать??
HIV infection is known to cause a variety of neurologic conditions. We describe a previously healthy man who presented with Guillain-Barr? syndrome (GBS) associated with HIV seroconversion. The case underlines the importance of appropriate testing for HIV infection in patients with GBS.
In addition to its tendency to invade immune cells, HIV has a propensity to infect nervous tissue.[1] This "neurotropism" occasionally results in clinically apparent disease early in the course of HIV infection, often during the time of the acute retroviral syndrome. Some of the neurologic manifestations of acute HIV infection include aseptic meningitis, encephalitis, myelopathy, and various peripheral neuropathies. Rarely, acute inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy, or Guillain-Barr? syndrome (GBS), has been associated with HIV seroconversion.
