Загальнодержавний Електронний реєстр пацієнтів

Хочу запитати вельмишановне товариство - а яким, на вашу думку, має бути загальнодержавний Електронний реєстр пацієнтів?
Хочу підняти це питання, оскільки ще свіжий досвід 2012-2013 рр. (Постанова КМУ від 6.06.2012 р. №546 "Про затвердження Положення про електронний реєстр пацієнтів" та весь движняк, пов'язаний з розробкою та впровадженням сумнозвісного Реєстру).

Я не вірю, що зроблять реально загальноукраїнський реєстр, узгоджений з МОЗ та іншими держорганами... Найімовірніше, працює якась група волонтеро-ентузіастів, подібних тим, хто видав "поліклініку без черг" і видає тоже щось подібне з назвою загальнодержавний реєстр....
