Доброго дня. А в чому труднощі? Рана буде досить типова. Кожен хірург, який лікує діабетичну ступню, стикається з такими. До речі, судячи по фото ХВН у хворої є. А як на рахунок діабету?

Добрий вечір. Де натягується шкіра, там натягнути. Може кілька послаблюючих розрізів на тилі ступні. Правда з такою ногою я б не ризикував. Решту рани вести як відкриту, чекати грануляцій ну і потім пересадка.
